What materials are used in your products?
Our watches are crafted using high-grade materials including 316L stainless steel cases, sapphire or hardened mineral crystal, premium leather or silicone straps, and reliable Japanese automatic or quartz movements. Every component is selected for durability, comfort, and long-term performance.
How can I find my case size?
You can measure the diameter of your current watch from edge to edge (excluding the crown) or refer to the measurements provided on each product page. If you're unsure, 40–42mm is the most common size for men, while 36–38mm is ideal for a smaller or more classic fit.
Do you offer customization or personalization services?
Yes! Custom Watch Co. offers fully customizable builds, including case style, dial color, hands, strap options, and optional personal engraving. Each piece is assembled according to your exact selections.
What is your return policy?
Non-custom (standard) watches can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Because every custom build is made to order, customized watches are final sale.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
